*Private browsing does not use the URLs saved in your history to open a website and does not save visited pages, searches, cookies and other items in your history. If you are still unable to log in to Banner INB after trying any of these options, please call Pirate Techs at 25 or enter a Banner Support service request.
Make sure that all Firefox windows are closed. Try to log in using the Microsoft Edge browser (Windows). If this does not work, proceed to Step 6. 
Right-click the Banner INB URL and choose Open Link in New Private Window. Click the hamburger menu (upper right) and choose New Private Window. Open a private browsing session in Firefox.* There are two ways to do this: If you receive either error, proceed to Step 5. Reboot (restart) your computer and try to log in again. If you receive either error, proceed to Step 4. Click the hamburger menu (upper right) and choose History, then Clear Recent History. Under Cookies and Site Data, click Manage Exceptions. Click the hamburger menu (upper right) in Firefox and choose Settings. Add as a Privacy and Security Exception in Firefox. Make sure you are connected to the ECU Virtual Private Network (VPN) if you are off campus. You may be able to quickly resolve these errors by working through the following steps. User not authenticated and Session Initialization Failed – Couldn’t access remote session service 
Since then, several users have reported the following errors when logging in to Banner INB: Mozilla Firefox browser recently updated to version 89.0 which introduced a more streamlined look and other significant changes.
